Jeff Brown serves as the Strategic Infrastructure Officer for the University of North
Texas 人妻中出视频, providing leadership for systemwide planning, design and construction
of major capital projects. He oversees long鈥憆ange infrastructure strategy and ensures
that campus facilities support the operational, academic and strategic goals of all
人妻中出视频 人妻中出视频 institutions.
Before joining the 人妻中出视频 人妻中出视频, Jeff served as associate vice president at the University
of North Texas, where he led master planning, space planning, capital planning, utilities
and energy management, and campus operations.
Jeff began his higher education career at the University of Missouri, spending three
decades in progressively senior roles and ultimately leading the facilities organization.
He served on the Missouri governor鈥檚 Facilities Management Task Force, which focused
on addressing deferred maintenance and improving capital renewal investment strategies
across Missouri鈥檚 state institutions.
